This form is for online submissions, and has opened in a separate window so you can cut and paste information from the product pages. The information box will expand to hold multiple items.

Shipping/Handling
Domestic flat rate $8.00, one rate for any number of items to the same address. A single item can ship for $5 by first class parcel (except mugs).
Express 2nd day by 3 PM, $26.00 for anything that can fit into the flat rate envelope.
International postage will require a separate quote.
